Residency Process
From purchase
to residency in six steps

Select Your Property
Choose a PDS-certified property with our team. We handle all qualification checks.

Sign the SPA
Sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement. A 10–25% deposit is typically required at this stage.

EDB Approval
Submit to the Economic Development Board. Amali manages the full application and liaison process.

Complete Purchase
Full payment on completion. Title deed registered with the Registrar-General.

Apply for Residency
Submit residency permit application with proof of purchase. Process takes 4–8 weeks.

Residency Granted
Receive your Mauritius residence permit. Valid for the full duration of ownership.
